Mix:
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp each: baking powder, cinnamon, salt
Whisk together:
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
Add:
5 Tbsp butter or margerine, melted
1/2 c. milk
Mix until smooth; add flour mixture and stir until combined. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Makes 12 muffins.

Well, I made this recipe today, but we're not eating them till breakfast tomorrow. They look weird, though. Didn't raise much and have little holes all over them. (Maybe they need a pore treatment.) They smell nice, though. We added chocolate chips. :-)
